It is impossible to access MyChart with my Kindle Fire HD

They told me that my Parkland MyChart could not access that site because of a Secure Socket Level Protocol Error. Funny however, not a few months earlier, that site was able to accept logins from Silk Browser on an Android Tablet, specifically, my Kindle Fire HD 7 Tablet. They are not making it easy for users of Windows 10 either. The latest Internet Browser that is part of the Windows 10 Upgrade on Windows PCs is not even compatible with MyChart. I have had trouble since the day that SSL Protocol Error Message. Give me back the days when User Friendly wasn't just a phrase but it actually meant something!
