What Is It About Wine??

Besides the alcohol content, wine itself is amusing me to. Recently my wife has been watching videos on how certain wines are made etc and I began watching with her and was instantly attracted. One episode showed how a old castle in spain with a height of about 1500 Meters had grapes hanging from the cliffs and they were known for the best wine in the region due to the fact they grow in that high climate etc. Sure enough after that episode I just had to try this organic wine and we were able to purchase it online and enjoy it. Now we get a bottle of wine a week and we go for the older stuff, the older the wine the better it taste!
