Controlled breathing...

I have no idea how does breath regulate emotions and mind? But I feel that deep breathing in slow motion both inhaling and exhaling are good for relaxation and may increase immunity.

I know that taking a deep breath when too nervous, helps me to calm down a bit.

I don`t know if breathing has some effect on immunity but I think it really helps to relax our body when we do some meditation
