I came across a new word today in my morning reading, so I thought I would share it with you. Sometimes a word just stands out for me when I'm reading. The word is: REFULGENT It means: very bright; radiant The sentence: "The driver was blinded by the oncoming vehicle's refulgent headlights and almost wrecked his car."

Using a new word three times is the best way to remember it. Good job.

It is an interesting word, but how many people use it in everyday conversation? In that sentence, it seems redundant: obviously dim headlights would not blind a driver.
