This morning, I really intended to go to a super mall here because the group of part-time clinical instructors (the 6 of us) should be having our “Christmas party”. I begged off because first- it is my sister’s birthday, and second, I have no budget to join them since I am on training and I am not paid for that. I was able to get fixed before 10AM and good thing I opened my Facebook on chat. I then read this message from my colleague Miss CC. the conversation went this way (just a portion of the chat translated in English): “CC: Mudra, we won’t continue today but on the 26th because Miss AUA is going to P_ _ _ (her hometown); Me: Haaa? I have already changed my clothes. My powder and lipstick are now useless. I won’t join anyway. Isn’t it I have no money? Hahah! I will just give my gift. If you always postpone, nothing will happen”. Miss CC said 26th, she won’t be around since it is a feast day of a locality here and their family is going. Miss LM also said they will have it on the 27th; I therefore asked them why they don’t have a consensus when they will meet? I am thinking they won’t arrive at a common date because each one of us has our own activities to attend to. Even with just a group of 6, there are disagreements.
