Taking Time To Give Back

It has been an Awesome day. One even though I am really tired, and know everything may not always be OK for us financially, I feel Blessed. I gave gifts and such to at least 10 families today, and even though I am exhausted, it feels Great to know there were others I could help make their children's Christmas day brighter.
Hard to believe, it has only been 3 yrs the 18th of this month since my husband was permanently employed for the company he is working for now. He has seen some major changes and advancements, and all for the Good. 3 yrs ago we had to have someone help us, and they gave us a gift certificate for $50 and I still hear from him from time to time on Facebook asking us how things are going.
So today even though these are items I could have potentially made some decent money on, I know God is going to Bless me for my efforts. But I think next yr if I have stuff I want to give out, I will start doing so around the 15th of December and not wait until the last minute.
Have you done anything nice for the less fortunate this time of yr?

Ours was good. We just relaxed on Christmas day.

We don't usually wait for Christmas season to be generous. We try to help others every chance we get all throughout the year. this year, 2017 made me realised that kindness and generosity should be my main priority.

I actuallh find it a blessing to be able to help. I have been there and lucky for me without any kids. I do it yr round as well and need to work on finding stuff around my house to be able to give this month,
