Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas Everyone!
While I realize not everyone eats turkey on the Holidays, many of us do....
I'm wondering how are you going to use the leftovers creatively this week so the family still enjoys eating it until the new year ...LOL!

I love turkey. I will eat plain, in sandwiches, put in chili and casseroles.

@Luap1050 Yes it is, although it would have been good to have made some turkey sandwiches in the new year.

I know this is from last year, but maybe it will be helpful for you this Christmas.
I made a curry from some of our turkey meat after Thanksgiving. It was nice to have a short break from all of the Thanksgiving flavors for an evening. I also made a pot pie and a tetrazzini-type of dish for two other meals. Tonight I'm finishing off the turkey in a casserole with the last of the stuffing and the last of the leftover cooked vegetables.

@Luap1050 Apparently it's a very popular turkey makeover in England.

I might go for turkey pizza but that's about it, I'm not a big fan of turkey

I could eat turkey leftovers, warmed up with a little mashed potato and gravy every day, but......
I gave a lot of our potatoes, gravy, stuffing, squash and turkey to our son and his wife.
I made up 3 little plastic containers of it to reheat at work this week.
Otherwise I do like to enjoy it as part of a turkey club on a wrap.

I put some in the freezer and made turkey salad with the rest. How do you use your left overs?
