Five After Christmas Thoughts

5. I'm not going near the mall or super store today, because the madness can equal the worst of before Christmas shopping.
4. We decided to try a new Chinese restaurant yesterday, and the food was delicious. The portions were so big that my daughter and I shared a plate, and saved a little money.
3. We saw Star Wars 3D at a Cinema Grill, which serves food and drinks. The tickets cost 12.50, and I had a cheeseburger, fries and a coke, which were excellent. I really overdid the calories yesterday, but I'm just going to think about the fun we had and the how excellent the movie was.
2. I received such great presents from my kids. Two are in the picture for this post. The larger is based on a notebook owned by a character in Stranger Things, and the smaller one would fit into the world of Game of Thrones.
1. I'm glad it's all over, and I'm glad we can celebrate Jesus everyday of the year and not just on Christmas.

I have decided to NOT wandering at the shops the few days after Christmas, just in case I got tempted into buying something I shouldn't buy... That cinema ticket, does it mean that they served you food at the same time as you watched the movie? Sounds a very interesting idea.

@YrNemo The 12.50 was just for the ticket, and food is quite expensive. It's not something I do very often, because I can't afford it.

Yes, they probably have a lot of good clearance right now, so good idea to stay away.
Yes, they serve food and drinks while people eat.

I really loved the new star wars movie also, I saw it the day it came out. I did cleaning today and laundry that's how I spent the day after christmas lol. I had a nice christmas with my dad and sister's though and got nice gifts.

I'm glad you had a nice Christmas. We decided to wait until Christmas to see Star Wars, but it was hard not to see or hear any spoilers.

Just a few of theaters have food and drinks. The rest are regular theaters.

Christmas was amazing! Christmas Eve was even better since we got to help the homeless man. =)

My cat Sid and I survived our first Christmas alone. I watched Christmas movies and I know the Lord gave me the strength to get through it all. I had some packages for myself that I purchased online. I want to get creative in the new year so I bought myself Spirograph and a set of gel pens.
