Less Work is not always good

Less work means more sitting and, in turn, means more eating of course. Maybe not for everyone, but that’s the case for me. I ate so much today and I feel full. That didn’t stop me from eating more chocolate of course. Haven’t been moving a lot either. Just sitting here playing games on my tablet and mylotting. One more hour and I will go home. Feeling lazy so I won’t be doing much at home either. Maybe it’s the holidays mood or the cold weather I don’t know. How is the weather in your place today?

It is a hazy 80 degrees F. here. Try doing some exercises - then you won't feel guilty.

To me it is really cold, around 30F, but I'm trying not to complain, since there are so many up North have horrible temps.

Its in the 70's in this part of the United States. Most of the United States is freezing. I'll be out working on my pond this afternoon.
