A woman and one other were mistakenly killed by the Mandaluyong (Manila, Philippiens) cops. According to the report, a woman was shot in Addition Hills. And the men within the area carried her in the vehicle to bring her to the hospital. A barangay/village watchman followed them, thinking they were involved in the shooting. The watchman reported it to the police. The cops started the shoutout. One man was killed on the spot and the woman died in the hospital.
Or I should say the guy was mistakenly killed.
It is clearly a miscommunication.
Who needs to be blamed?
The 10 cops or the village watchman.
