What's for dinner? December 31

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
We are having smoked babyback ribs, smoked pork belly burnt ends, homemade macaroni and cheese, and homemade cole slaw. This is all stuff that we already had on hand and the smoker has been going all afternoon. I am really looking forward to a delicious meal this evening.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I had a vegetable dish called 'gising-gising'. 'Gising' is the vernacular for woke and the dish was named as such because it is so spicy, it will wake up all your senses! I also had deep fried pork and soup.

I have made a huge pot of black eyed peas, and boiled some deer for Tony to fry and make gravy from the broth. I made another huge bowl of ambrosia as well.Since I just had my evening lunch I will wait till I am hungry to eat. No pork here.

@NJChicaa New year day for sure, anything green, kale spinach etc. is for the money and I am not sure about hog jowl, I think its for wisdom, I dont do that so I will just have to stay a dumb blonde

I don't remember what we had for dinner on New Year's Eve, but I'm sure it wasn't anything as good as this!
