Cramp finger / myLot

I am experiencing Cramp finger every time the weather turns cold,rainy days especially at night. I could not move my ring finger of my right hand when it rains at night. It pained when I accidentally bump it when I sleep. However during the day, my ring finger doesn't feel the pain and I could move it. What could be the reason ?
