Help: Puppy Skin Disease

I have two puppies, Pao and Tsin.. named after my favorite food stall Pao Tsin.
Theyre mixed breed, the mother is an Aspin and the father is a Labrador.
I recently became very worried because Pao's having this skin problem and his furs falling off.
Now he got some parts of his body bald. He's a 3 month old puppy. I feel sad whenever I see him cause I know that if it gets worst, I may need to surrender him to dog impound.
Help please, suggestion on how I can treat him. I know what happens to dogs brought to impounds.
Ps: Tight budget, can't afford a vet right now.

try going to a vet near you and just ask/inquire without bringing your dog.

@JaneApril i'm sure they're used to people going to their clinic just to ask/inquire. i'm sure vets (like doctors) get asked a lot for their opinion even when they're out and about.

i don't think there is much help without a vet. we have tried different things and without medicine it got worse. he may have an allergy to something either eaten or in your house.or yard. you could try medicated shampoo on him. or trying to figure what it is. if he has fleas that could be the allergy but you must get rid of the fleas on him

No fleas :( maybe I'll try the medicated shampoo, or if he can wait, I hope he can.. i'll bring him to vet next week

It's best you post a photo of what it looks like. There might be a vet here in mylot who would happen to see this discussion and help you out.
I would typically say, if you can't afford a vet, don't get a pet.

I actually, it just happened that I left my work last week that's why I'm on a tight budget right now.. I can bring them to vet next week once I receive my final pay but I don't think my puppy's skin condition can wait... :(
