What should i do, to keep myself warm in this harsh winter?

I live in Kathmandu,capital city of Nepal,located in south asia. This is the Winter season and the temperature here is declining day by day. I have a fear that i could be the victim of this harsh cold. I don't know what to eat and what not to.Can you guys suggest me ?

Ask old Nepalese people how they've survived harsh winters. I'm sure they can give you excellent advice. I wonder, though, what you did during the 23 winters you've already lived in Nepal to get through the winters.

Enjoy some firewoods or heater, have warm water, and wear woolen clother, sweater, jacket/coat.

Welcome to mylot. Wear woollen clothes. Cover your body. Try to avoid going out of you can.

Wear a sweater, turn on the room heater, wear socks , gloves and muffler, use hot water, drink hot beverages, and cover yourself with a blanket.

Perhaps, you should sit by fire in the evenings and in the sun during the day time.

I usually wear lots of clothes take hot water and foods throughout the day.
