we were just trying to find the source of a weird noise in the house.. kind of like a growling..sort of. cats?nope. ok..is it the fridge(hope not..it's 6 months old) ? nope. then what the? it's my brother. snoring. holy damn,the boy's loud. i think somebody needs a CPAP machine.

i had that once and we (only 2 of us at the time) could not find it for a few days. finally we found out it was the clock. it used to make a growling noise on the hour. it is a very old clock made in the shape of a panther around it. and we thought the growl just quit working but it was just broke in that area.

Once I faced the same problem, tried to pinpoint where a certain weird noise came from, Like you, I found out that someone was snoring louder than usual that night.
