The real T-Rex was nothing like in the movies

Not long ago I came across an article that reveals a recent discovery about T-Rex. Apparently he wasn’t as fast as we are accostumed to believe from the movies and documentaries. Due to his enormous size he is believed to be slower than humans. But I will not let that little discovery ruin the next Jurassic World movie that is coming out next summer. The trailer is very good. Have you seen any of the Jurassic movies?
Its name may translate as ‘king of the tyrant lizards’ but Tyrannosaurus Rex could not have outrun a speedy human, scientists have concluded, making a mockery of Jurassic Park.

@Madshadi I wonder how he caught all his food, because the smaller dino's were probably much faster.

@misunderstood_zombie they surely limited his attacking abilities. It would be nice to see a punching t-rex though .

@Madshadi I always thought it was weird that they had such little arms since longer arms would have been more helpful.

I think I was meant to be frightened, but I am an anthropologist. I am pretty sure that we have a lot of stuff wrong.

@Madshadi Actually, at college every bone they showed they began with "this is a theory. We were taught that a theory in not a fact.

@Jackalyn I suppose putting bones together and imagining how those creature lived is not enough data to conclude facts.

They couldn't sing like Mark Bolan's T-Rex either lol - I liked the first Jurrasic Park but not the sequels

It is supposed to be released in June. I don't think it will be anything special.

That seems so crazy that they couldn't have outrun us but so interesting! I love the Jurassic Park movies!

I have seen them all. Movies tend to exaggerate or underrate. I will enjoy the new Jurassic World nonetheless.

It was still fun thinking that this fast creature actually existed
