No Psychiatric Evaluation For Delusional Donald?

White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley told reporters on Air Force One Monday that President Trump won't have a psychiatric evaluation as part of his upcoming physical. Apparently this isn't unusual as at least the last five Presidents had no mental evaluations as part of their physicals but it should be noted that none of those men gave us a reason to suspect there was a need for a psychiatric evaluation. No previous POTUS ever engaged in the kind of taunting and name calling as Donald Trump does on a regular basis. Can you picture President Obama calling another world leader, even an adversary, "Rocket Man"? Could you imagine either President Bush repeating "Crooked Hillary" (or add a name of your choice) over and over? Can't you just see President Clinton calling a former "friend" "Sloppy Steve"? Of course you can't and that's because none of them ever behaved that way. There are probably some of you reading this who disagreed totally with half of these Presidents and agreed with the other half and it's the opposite for some of you. This isn't about politics or policy, this is about mental fitness and I've never in my life believed the person living in our White House wasn't fit to do the job. Until now. Later this week Donald Trump is going to have a physical at Walter Reed Medical Center and it's been promised that the American people will be given a report following this exam. This is normal, routine like releasing their tax returns but that's for another discussion... I think IF they're honest we're going to learn this "POTUS" has some major health issues. The thing is if he drops over from a heart attack or stroke there's protocol in place for the Vice President to step in either temporarily if he survives or permanently if he dies but if he has a mental meltdown and his administration remains in denial the results could be apocalyptic.

I think other countries have all they need to use to their advantage when it comes to Trump. What I'm really interested in discussing is what everyone thinks about whether Donald should undergo a psychiatric evaluation given his erratic behavior of late.

@Plethos A LOT of people express themselves on Twitter but they still seem perfectly sane. Grown men don't generally go around calling people names on TV or online and LEADERS should certainly never engage in that kind of deplorable behavior. Let me put it another way...when else have you ever known of a sane, stable, intelligent person claiming to be a "stable genius"?

I highly doubt we will be given an honest report of the exam's findings. Trump will just tweet that he is "the healthiest person in the history of the presidency and probably in the history of world leaders since the beginning of time".

And most of his blind minions will agree like the dutiful little sheep they are. But MOST of us know better.

Their is no need for a psychiatric evaluation . You do not like the way this President takes charge of things....Look at north Korea.....They are now talking to South Korea thanks to our President..... It will take some time but with all the sanctions N.K will have to come to the table to talk..... President Trump is healthy...their are no signs that he has any health problems, and he will take his exam every year...

NO SIGNS HE HAS NO HEALTH PROBLEMS??? The guy weighs close to 400 pounds! The South Korean President had wanted to talk with North Korea for some time, it had zero to do with "your" President. The sanctions mean nothing since China and Russia are still giving them oil. All of that is irrelevant to the topic at hand other than the idiot taunting Kim on Twitter. What's disturbing is that he repeats himself constantly and it's getting worse, he contradicts himself all the time, seeming to forget the lie he just told a few hours - or a few MINUTES ago.

@dlr297 There is no button and if you can't see that his taunts and childish insults on Twitter are dangerous you're as delusional as he is. Are you not aware that many world leaders have learned how to "play" Donald, they know that "flattery will get them anywhere" with him? And no, nobody that weighs 400 pounds is healthy. Especially when they have the kind of diet Donald has.

@anniepa Their are a lot of people that weigh close to 400 pounds that are Healthy... The President of South Korea has even said that the talks happened because of President Trump... The sanctions are working ..... President Trump can use twitter all he wants....and what you call taunting...President Trump can back up....He is just stating Facts.......Like telling Kim that our button is bigger....which it is and everyone know that it is......

He's not sane and shouldn't be fit to run the White House IMO. I hope they prove to us otherwise that he needs to go.

He needs to go sooner rather than later because everyone around him, despite their denials now, know he's getting worse by the day.
