What time do you sleep? / myLot

I think all of us has a unique sleeping time pattern. My dad go to sleep as early as 7PM My mom go to sleep at 8pm or 9pm after she finished her favorite TV series. My boyfriend sleeps at 10 PM Me? I sleep at 12midnight or 1AM. I sleep very late and I am used to it. How about you guys?

@cttolledo it depends as when have first shift i wake up at 4:30 am otherwise at 8 am.

@sjvg1976 Ohh.. are you in a medical field? my niece have unpredictable sleeping and waking up pattern because of the nature of her job, she is a nurse.

Same here, I sleep very late at times. It's because we are made for this.

Lol! True, because no one will call may attention of sleeping late, mom is not here. Hehe. My mom don't want me to sleep late.

I go to bed about 2 am so I can get an hour to myself, then up around 8 or 9. I wish we were on 1st shift schedule thou, I miss watching the sunrise. Which it is now 2:00 so heading for bed. Night.
