Hello everyone. I hope you are having a good day. It is 39 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. It actually feels warm after all of the frigid weather that we've had lately. How sad is that? Work was okay today aside from the fact that there still is no heat in my classroom. Yup, it has now been over a week that I've been waiting for someone to come even look at the damned thing. It was 59 degrees in my room today. I am about to head out to the gym. I haven't been there in almost 2 weeks so I hope that I don't get totally wrecked. I have a sore throat from coughing. That will make things even more fun. Not sure if we are going out for dinner and trivia tonight. I haven't heard from my husband yet today so I don't know what the plan is. Stay tuned!

Yikes! Having no heat in your classroom is horrible and you would think it would be a priority since its been so cold. Have a good evening whatever you wind up doing

You would THINK it would be a priority but you'd be thinking wrong.

That's awful, no heat in your class room! Apparently, they aren't in any big hurry, to get this heater in your classroom, fixed. This is ruthless, expecting you to teach a room full of kids, without heat

I don't understand how there is no sense of urgency when there is no heat in a classroom in January.

@NJChicaa They really aren't alarmed about this, because they themselves are working someplace that's heated! This is what's important, to them
