Best way to help an orphan

There's a little girl that's an orphan that I want to assist,but I'm bit confuse on the right pick for her.It either she enroll in a school or she learn a skill.I can't do the two for now.one of it is what I want to do and I really want the one that would be more impactful.Which do you think would be better?

She about 13 years old,just an age for high here in my country
