What you do if you have Headaches

one of this days I always have to get a headache. I think because I'm always on my phone and read some discussion or I'm old now so I'm getting this always headache. but I try to go to the clinic just to know why always attacks my headache.

@Jovitata After reading your first post, I know now why you often experience having a head ache. You always read a lot, reading is good, but you must also rest you eyes and mind. Don't exhaust yourself in working. Take care of your body.

I also suffer sometimes from the same. Usually I take some analgesic, also placing ice on the forehead helps reduce the intensity of the pain. I usually use menthol gel on my forehead to soothe the headache.

the only reason i got headache is because bad sleep. so only thing i can do is let it go. it will gone after a good sleep

You suffer from headaches and say that you're always on your phone. Seriously? Does anyone force you to always be on the phone? If this isn't the case, I can't take your complaints seriously.
