Hello everyone and good Thursday morning to you. I woke up once at 8am and had really bad cramps so I took some medicine and went back to sleep. Woke up again at 9:30am.
Now I'm having coffee and watching a movie on netflix called ask me anything. I'm still not feeling well. I haven't had my menstrual in over a year because of my birth control pill I started and all of a sudden I wake up with it today, so weird. I go to the gynecologist next week so I'll ask them about it then.
Work has been going pretty well this week just very stressful as I'm swamped with things to do but it's been making the work day go by fast. The weekend is almost upon us and i'm happy about it as I have fun things planned.
The only other thing I been doing is trying some new essential oils I bought. Tuesday night I tried the sleep relaxation blend which i loved and last night I tried Lavender which was even better. I have been sleeping better when using these also. I just put some drops in the tray in my humidifier and it's wonderful. Do you guys use essential oils ? What would you recommend?
Well that's it I guess, my life is boring these days. I am off to watch this movie and drink my coffee. I hope you all have a great day!

I think most of us can describe daily life as boring or routine. It's just the way it is.

@JohnRoberts for sure, sometimes wish my routine could be different. But work, eat, sleep is my life pretty much.

Is it perhaps the pill that allows you to have it once a year? I know there used to be one that would allow you to have one every 4 months and I think one that allowed you to get one yearly. I was on the depo and othere didn't have their periods but since I have a bleeding problem I got a period and spotted a lot through the month as well. It sucked and I gained 20 or 30 pounds in a year on it.

@shaggin it could be i am not sure. Last time I went she did say it was normal to not have a period on the type of pill i'm on. But some do get it and spot as well. I will still ask when I go next week
