I cannot keep one sleeping position . . . I keep changing . . . a couple of times I was sleeping upright and walking to the kitchen.

But I hear when you sleep on your back you tend to snore and have bad dreams.

I have been sleeping on my stomach since childhood and now it's not easy to break that habit

Nah, for me it is sleeping on my left side. But most of the time I find myself sleeping on my stomach in the morning. Maybe it is our instinct as male human being.

You must know yourself which position is good for you. I slept on my stomach during my childhood and youth. Now I sleep on my right side. It has come naturally.

It's not a good habit. I suggest you try to rectify it.

No it's back because you put all your body pressure on your organs. It's best to sleep on your right side or left side. Grab a pillow put it in between your legs for better blood flow.

I sleep in a position I'm most comfortable with. As of now, its either on my back or right side. I've never slept on my stomach I can't tolerate that position.

What if you have slept on your stomach all your life, and can’t change sleeping position now Use a thin pillow or no pillow at all. The flatter the pillow, the less angled your head and neck. Put a pillow under your spine pelvis. Results in keeping your back in a more neutral position and take pressure off Stretching is also very good exercise in the mornings. Different types of stretching will help get your body back in alignment and gently strengthen supporting muscles. Make sure to warm up with a little exercise before stretching, and be gentle!
