I was busy giving out food

Philippines
January 21, 2018 10:18pm CST
It was still festival yesterday but mom wasn't in the mood for cooking. So, instead he asked me to buy some fast food nearby and give it to our tenants. And then I went to my brother's because the my nephews and niece prefer Mcdonalds cheese burger and nuggets. Sadly, I ordered the wrong burger because the eldest doesn't like pickles. Good for me because I got those for lunch But during the parade I was out giving candies, Mom took some as well

A pity about the wrong burger. Oh sorry - what great luck you ordered the wrong burger!

Hello @JudyEv I was actually upset that he didn't like the burger. It was their fault for not giving that specification to me first.

Hello @thelme55 yeah but I felt bad for my nephew because he had nothing to eat. Though her mom said she would just cook for him, can't believe he refuse it.

@Letranknight2015 Years ago, when my mom came here in the country for a vacation, we prepared candies to give away to the participants in the parade. Take note, candies comprised of imported candies/chocolates and some local candies. We are glad to see the shock on people's faces when they figured out that they got not only local candies but imported candies and they wanted to get more.

Looks like your family is enjoying the festivity. We recently had it; the feast day of our Patron Saint; so we had food prepared for some guests, mostly our relatives.
