Today is the birthday of one of my favorite British actors, who unfortunately passed away last year- John Hurt.
You non Doctor Who fans will probably recognize him from Harry Potter where he played Olivander the wandmaker or from V for Vendetta. He is also in the movie we are currently watching called Oxford Murders.

Update: I've just heard that John Hurt has passed away, this is a horrible news. My condolences go to his family. May he Rest In Peace. I just want to see mo...

This is the first I have heard of his passing but I recall him from Harry Potter.
