i have tried every methode which i knew but .no one of it working 
i have been frustate for a moment but i wake up and move on .because god is always help his prayer which need him 
do you have any idea to help me to solve this problem ?

Hello! First of all, welcome to mylot. If you are trying to lose weight, well, I think you should exercise more often every morning. Lessen your intake of rice,more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid having midnight snacks.

Oh, okay. I misunderstood your post. Why don't you try to eat 2 cups of rice every meal if you want to gain weight.
