Craving - For The Sea .

Usually I crave for Chocolate,Ice Cream or some other food.
But today my craving is for the Ocean. To hear the sound of waves and to feel the breeze from the sea on my face.
It has been so many days since I had gone to the beach.The nearest seashore is about 15 Kilo Meters from my place.Not a great distance.
So I think I will plan to go there one of these days.
When was the last time you visited the beach?

But I do not like very hot summers.Here summer is too hot.

I too like to be on the beach when it is drizzling-not raining heavily.Early morning or late evening are the best times to go to the beach.No fierce sun.

@silvermist Yes, I do, though I wouldn't be able to swim in the bay, but I can watch people boating and other activities.

@silvermist Only about half an hour. Our nearest city, Bunbury, is a port and on the sea.

I have a daughter that craves salt water beaches...to that end (the beach will be frozen) she is coming with me in ten days for a 17 hour plus drive to the coast.

@silvermist when I have Internet access I will post pictures...but from February 4 until the 20th I will only have wifi when I'm not home....once I have home internet installed...you will hear from me...

I don't think 'craving' is quite the word you are look for. LOL You mean 'longing' . I too have a longing to go to the sea. I probably was there 2 years ago. I was just speaking to my brother today to make a date and go to a beach lime. And to visit a few other places too.
