Yellow Labrador Retriever performs a heroic act in California

John Newman who lives in Pittsburg California who is the owner of a yellow Labrador Retriever male dog named Moe is happy to know that his pet dog was involved in assisting an elderly man who had fallen down in the water but he could get out of the water. Newman said that despite what people think of dogs as barking loud when they see a stranger in the backyard of the Newman home. On Wednesday, Moe barked loudly to get attention to his owner John that an elderly man was in danger of drowning. Newman when he saw the elderly man in the water, he was able to rescue the elderly man to get out of the water. The Pittsburg Police Department bestowed the honor of calling Moe "a hometown hero." for his way of getting the attention of his master on Wednesday so he could save a man's life from drowning. The elderly man was taken to a local hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery thanks to the actions of Moe.
