i have to take ma to the doc's tomorrow..
and i hate going to that place..it's a hotbed of flu in that joint,like most doctor "centers" usually are.
it seems like every time i have to take her there,either she or i or both get sick.
it would help if they seperated the currently viral from the checkup folks.they have plenty
of room to do so.
i sure don't want whatever's been going around.
maybe a mask is in order..

They require you to wear a mask if you're sick at the places I go. They should really do that where you go. They let us sit on different sides also.

I sat in a busy office for a follow up visit once and got sick while setting there. It's no fun. A mask sounds like a good idea.

Most likely you should wear a mask or a scarf over your nose and mouth. Germs are always flying in the air.

That would be awesome if they could seperate. Especially for young kids, Elderly and low immune systems. Might help besides hand sanitizer keep from spreading as bad

A mask won't help they say with this flu, but I would wait outside and have them call you when it is your ma's turn, then disinfect as soon as you get back out. Good luck.

Ugh, I hate going to the doctor also because they don't separate the contagious people from the ones who are just there for a checkup. One time I had someone sitting a few seats down from me puke all over the floor...like, really? You didn't feel that coming on and get yourself to the bathroom, or the trashcan, or hell even run outside? You just sit there and spew all over?
Anyway, I'd probably wear a mask...I have to go in for my B12 shot next week, maybe I should pick up a mask before then too.

I have to go to the doctors every month for medicine refills so I understand how you feel.
