Happy Monday Everyone! It's evening here and I'm just finding time to stop by and say hello.
My morning was busy and then I had a dental appointment at 12:30pm. I figured I would be there for awhile but no as long as I was. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour without a book to read, surrounded by magazines that I had no interest in and music that horrific. The music coming through was so horrible it was enough to make me want to pull my own teeth out 
After more than an hour sitting in the waiting room followed by lots of apologies by my dentist (there was an emergency) I finally got out of there hours later than anticipated, came home with a headache and had to take a nap.
Here I am now, feeling much better even though it wasn't my favorite way to start my day.
Hope you day was way more exciting than mine.

Just a quiet day at home by the PC. Glad you felt better after your nap. I hate hanging around waiting rooms. Hope you have a good afternoon. My day is over and I am getting offline.

OMG! Yes mine was just cleaning and phone calls.

I really didn't expect to wait long enough to read. Learned my lesson and next visit I'll bring a book

I hate when things like this happen. My dentist appointment this month, was close to being on time for just a simple cleaning.

I've been one of those people who has gone to the dentist on an emergency so I can understand the wait. I just wish they had called and told me to come later

I really hate waiting like that but on the other hand I have been the emergency so I realize what havoc that plays with my dentist schedule at least it is over and a nap is always welcome

@Marilynda1225 Mostly I have a book but of course the one time I forget that's the time I have to wait for ages. I have a book of short articles now that I'm leaving in the car.

I have to, I mean the optician made it compulsory that I see him nearly every other month. What did I do. After much obedience like the wonderful sheep I am, I told him goodbye. Wished my eyes would start troubling me again and I'll pull it out with a pincer. I hate Doctor appointments.

I absolutely hate having an appointment and then waiting for 20+ minutes to be called and actually have the appointment. Drives me nuts!
