I just wanna know your views about does for being a friend age matters?.. For me, it's doesn't matters at all... I'm asking this question because I have friend who is 23 years old. She is my closest friend. When someone know you are 17 and you have a closest friend of 23... So probably most of the people will laugh.. But who cares for such... And age doesn't define that you can't have a friend elder than you!.or younger than you!.. I don't agree with this fact!.. What about you?. Do you too have a friend who is elder or younger than you?..

Only children and teens usually have friends of their age group. The reason for this is the different stages of physical and mental development. What can a 10-year-old child discuss with a 5-year-old one? What can a 15-year-old teen discuss with a 10-year-old one? Once, when you're in your twenties or thirties or older, age doesn't matter anymore because both partners have grown up. As always, exceptions prove the rule. Someone can be more mature or more childlike than is normal for their age group.

What I felt age does matter in friendship. But in between 17 and 23 there is not much difference so there won't be any problem either.
