Favorite Salad Goodies

What is your favorite salad goody? My favorite salad topping would be garlic croutons. I especially like croutons on top of my jar salads, when I do make jar salads. It gives salad that crunch of flavor. Salads can get boring. It also makes the salad a little more filling. What is your favorite thing in salad?

I've never heard of a jar salad. Is that just a salad to take to work perhaps?

For whenever you need a salad quick and easy. Just make some ahead of time, stock in fridge, grab and voila!
