After long time I finally push myself and did some cardio workout. I don't know why whever I reach half my goal I give up. I just hope I don't give up this time. How are you all doing? I missed you all so much. I didn't come on mylot yesterday was little busy. I hope you all are having or had a nice day.

I woke up late and staring my bike over here. Nope no exercise today I had lesser sleep.

@rakski I think cycling is the best because you burn more calories. You should try it out.
