Oh nice!! I love boiled eggs. I actually did the egg diet sometime ago and lost 12 lbs in a week. Maybe it’s worth a try if you’re trying to lose weight?

@Maria24 I would also recommend the sacred heart diet. It’s good because you can eat unlimited amounts of whatever foods you’re allowed that day! Lost about 10 lbs in a week with that one!

@tamaraash89 I like to add vegetables too.. sometimes only onions,salt pepper :).have you tried shrimp omlettes.?

Omelets are amazing!! What are your favourite toppings in an omelette? I like tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon in mine

i eat eggs... i prefer fried, omelet or scramble.. I dont like boiled eggs, the York gives a bad smell when its boiled.

I’d heard so before but I don’t find that it has a bad smell. Fried is really good as well.

Mozzarella with eggs are amazing. The stringy texture really makes the eggs good. I don’t eat bread but I’m sure it’s delicior
