As promised, here is the sweet and sour bimbli pickle

I surfed the Net to search for a recipe to make bimbli pickle. The tree is laden with bimblis They just fall off with no takers. I am happy with the results. The sourness has disappeared almost. I have plans to encourage those in that home for the old to get interested in this and make it themselves. They have so much time on their hands. They may as well do something with their time. Do you make your own pickle?

It sounds yummy! Our neighbor in Florida makes fabulous pickles. I think those seniors should try making good use of their time. It would be fun!
