Sleeping time

I just woke up from a long long sleep (around 10 hours) and I was just thinking, are most people like me or they sleep less. What about you, guys, what is your average sleep a day? I know some people are capable of sleeping 3-4 hours only and they still feel energetic, but... that's not for me. I can do it for a couple of days, and then I need to catch up. My normal is around 8 - 10 hours every day, or at least that's what I think.

I get 4 to 5 hours sleep if I am lucky.

Wow, you must be very busy then, if you can't afford sleeping more.

You managed to sleep for 10 hours straight without waking up at some point?

Yes, most of the time I don't wake up. Sometimes I wake up at around 6 or 7 and then continue, but mostly I don't wake up at all.

I also watch movies sometimes but I can't say they help me sleep easier. If I have nothing better to do in the evening, then I watch.
