Why Do We Yawn?

Many researchers have found that we yawn to cool the brain. The air temperature also make us yawn. It's not only because we are tired or stress. It helps us stay alert in any situation.

Have you noticed that when you yawn, someone who you might be talking to - even over the phone - yawns as well?

I have read before that yawning is actually one way for your body to get more oxygen particularly when you are tired since you suck in more air when you yawn.

Omg this question asked by one of lecturer in past.he gave a big explanation to this that when our blood have high amount of carbon dioxide ,we yawn to take expel it inhale oxygen in excess.this is the explanation he gave when a boy yawned during his class lol
