How do you handle a barking dog 24/7 if the landlord does nothing?

the best thing to do with a barking dog is do nothing! dogs bark when they feel threatened. don't look them in the eye as it's a sign of aggression. just stand still, don't run. let it pass.

I never tried to do anything but my neighour gave poison to my landlord dog

Call the police. Everywhere I have ever lived has a noise ordinance and it includes dogs that bark consistantly.
