In my locality,caretakers don't really look towards their tenants as they ought to do by providing the necessary requirements which makes the tenants fed up and decides to vacate that vicinity. Instead they aims towards making more money leaving the tenants on their own when his or her attention is needed. But nw mine is trieing by making sure there is no problem and doing is best to bring more tenants except from those with their own houses. How does your own behave???
