Rear wheel noise

We just boughrt a new 2006 Dodge Caravan we now have 300 Kms on it. It has a noise in the rear wheel the dealer has changed whhl and tire but the noise is still there at 60 Km you canhear each rotation of the wheel similar noise as a slight bump on the tire. which we have eliminated has any one else experienced this problem?
