How often do you clean/reorganize your office/college bags?

Hey mylotters! How are you doing? Right now I am cleaning and reorganising my college bag..it's been a long time since I have reorganised my bag... It's like a mess. 
I used to reorganize my college bag once in every week! But I don't know what happened to me this time. I've become lazy these days.. but whatever works I have I decided to clean the bag today..!

I really don`t organize my bag, I just see to it that everything I need is there

only on hostel day celebration .we usually have competition each and every year regarding room neatness.we never won any price

I was a little OCD and use to reorganize my college bags/work bag, every day. I like knowing I got everything I need before going out to do whatever.
Certain days had different classes or requirements, so not everything needed to be in there.
