Have to wait a long time to know if I sold any books

I publish my books with Lulu. Whenever I get a sale for any of my books that were bought directly from Lulu I see that sales info in my account the same day. On the other hand, when someone buys any of my books from distribution channels (Amazon, Barnes & Noble online, etc.) that data is not in my account right away. Sales from the current month show up in my account sometime in the beginning of the following month. As weird as it may be, I log in to my Lulu account frequently throughout a given month to see if I have any new book sales. And when there isn't any new sales displayed I get bummed, thinking there are no sales that month. But then I remember that the sales data is not here yet, so I may actually have sales; I just don't know about them yet. I know this is the way things are, and beyond Lulu's control, but I wish that data was provided to us right away. I hate waiting a whole month, and longer than that, to find out if I have any new sales outside Lulu.
