Hello friends,
Its a cloudy morning here, on my way to work. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
I had tea and bread with fruit jam in breakfast. Not so good breakfast but okay for one day..

I had a good sound sleep last night feeling refreshed.

The cold breeze is disturbing a lot and my son developed mild cough which is disturbing me. The weather is tricky, morning there is much cold so he was on fully covered but on his return it is sunny and he remove sweaters which makes the problem.
I have my regular breakfast and now a days I learnt to be stick with the same on working days otherwise I may get burdened with different things. This method will work only in winter season

This fluctuation in tempearture is very bad thing and especially kids they suffer a lot to get sick! I can understand dear @Sreekala you need to have a routine to av
oid many complications later on! I never used to have breakfast before work, previously but I made it compulsory for me now and i feel better also at work! Time teaches many things! Thanks!

In homeopathic practice the physician must know all the existing symptoms as small change in the symptoms can make a big difference in the prescription dear@Sreekala ! So I think she is doing her duty and not subjecting you to weird questions! Wishing you are your son best of luck and hope he will recover fast from this stressful situation! God bless!

@AKRao24 Yes the cold waves are troubling too much. The problem with me, my son's doctor married off to a different place and I have to called up and request her to come to our place. This thing makes me worry whenever he has any health issues. This doctor's medicine suits my son well. She is a homeopathic doctor and asks thousands questions before prescribing medicine. I may get irritated with her kind of weird questions but I keep my patience as I respect her and trust her highly.
