A school shooting where 17 people were killed is a “distraction”?

I have not seen any posts where these murders were called a distraction. I am glad I have not encountered them! I stay away from the news because I wind up seeing all the awful things and crying and depressed. I feel for my own sanity it's better for me to avoid anything so heartbreaking! I am not able to distance myself from things and become to empathetic.

I do not pay any attention to this awful man.

If it's who I think it is posting this nonsense, I followed him briefly and quickly tired of him. I wonder if he's really that moronic or if he's a troll just trying to stir the pot.
