Gorgeous flowers for Valentine’s Day

My husband has always been good for sending me flowers in February, March, and April—for Valentine’s, my birthday, and our anniversary.
I was surprised to NOT get them at work on Wednesday. When I talked to him on my lunch on Thursday he asked me if I had gotten any deliveries. I said no. He then told me that I was supposed to get flowers the day before for Valentine’s Day but supposedly they wouldn’t let the delivery driver on campus. (I don’t believe that AT ALL as the woman in the classroom next to me received her flower delivery without issue)
The arrangement was finally delivered to our house on Friday—2 days late—and without any type of discount. If I were my husband, I would have insisted on some kind of discount or credit.
In any case, the flowers are gorgeous. I love them! I’m also impressed that my cats have been leaving them alone.

Very pretty, even if they were late. We don't celebrate Valentine's Day, just never have.

I would have gotten mad at the flower delivery shop. They should have given him a discount or a full refund. It was meant for Valentine's Day and he booked in advance so you can have it earlier but came 2 days late.
The flowers do look beautiful though.

Jay use to send me flowers, now I'm allergic to them. So, I end up with a potted plant, to transplant into our flower bed in the Spring:) Such beautiful flowers, how nice!

Very pretty flowers even though they were a few days late. I got a big huge teddy bear for valentines day instead of flowers.

Very pretty . No flowers here got licorice that I wanted and some chocolate and subway sandwich for lunch.
