Took a peek at my eBay this morning, and had to pick my jaw up off of my desk.
The doll that is dressed in the outfit that my mother made is up to $103.50 ! 
(just checked a second ago, and now it's up to $112.50). Sheesh.
Either it's a popular doll, or some of the fans of my Mom's doll clothes are still out there...
