Potato Chips

Potato chips aren't healthy but too tempting to resist especially if you love those chips and junk foods. I love my chips but I don't eat them often. I love french fries too but still too much of anything is not good at all. So don't eat a lot of these foods or better yet avoid them and choose healthy.

They bad health wise period. If I am going to eat bad, I prefer tortilla chip varieties instead.

There's foods to avoid. There's certainly research which can be reviewed online or by reading informational material.

You'll probably find that in order to suffer any health defects you'd have to eat half a ton of the stuff!

Potato chips are not healthy,but it is very tasty and tempting,Once you start having it ,it is hard to stop.I too love potato chips very much.

I don't think it is true.the way we take it is matters.some people say eating too fried things can lead to cancer.

If you read well, there is a risk of cancer associated to cooking potatoes at VERY HIGH temperatures. Roasted and baked potatoes are safe to eat. We already knew that potato chips are not good for us.

How many potato chips do you have to consistantly eat to get cancer?
