There really should not have to be just a day for this you should love your pet each and every day. They are a huge part of our families. I can not even imagine a life without pets. I have had pets for as long as I can remember. So on National Love Your Pet Day tells us a bit about your pet(s). The above picture is my two kitties. Harley Waffles is the big Russian Blue. He is so lovable and loves to snuggle. He also loves to eat as you can tell. lol He is now 12 years old. We adopted him from a woman when he was four years old. She could no longer keep him because she had developed allergies after a surgery she had. The other one is Merle. Well Merle is so full of mischief. He loves to get into things and cause trouble. He is very entertaining. He loves to play fetch and do what we call the Merle stomp. He has extra toes on this front paws and when he is upset about something he will turn his two front paws inwards and walk around slapping his paws down on the floor. It is the funniest thing. He became a part of our family when a neighbor threw him outside to fend for himself when he was just a kitten. She decided she didn't want him anymore and just tossed him out. That was four years ago. I love them both so much. So tell me about your pets!
