Good morning, mylotters. I am still half asleep now. Last night, I was overcome by several cramps that kept me from sleeping well.
I don´t know if part of it was the fear of having yet another, but I couldn´t or wouldn´t change the position of my legs. And then, when I was half asleep, another cramp would come.
I was going to go to buy the rest of the paint, but I decided not to get out of the house. I am starting lunch and then I´ll try to take a good nap.
What will you do today? Do you have cramps?

Hope you slept well already. Not being able to sleep is a pain in the rear end.

Touch wood, I haven't had any leg cramps for quite a while. They're not pleasant I know.

I had awful leg cramps for the last couple of years. I found that deficiency in calcium was the problem.Try finding a good calcium supplement and use it for about two weeks to see if you notice a change. If you're not diabetic, try eating bananas. That should help ease the pain. :)
