Happy Wednesday. It is going to be another nice day here at the Jersey Shore. Currently 65 degrees F and a high expected of 72. That's what the high was for yesterday as well but it actually got up to 78. I wouldn't mind if it did that again. I slept well last night but woke up with a super wore right wrist. I knew that I screwed it up last night at the gym doing the hang/cleans but I had hoped that it wasn't too bad. Nope. It is "too bad". Going to have to take some ibuprofen and ice it when I get to work. Of course it is the hand/wrist that I do all of my writing with. Just the usual plans for today--work and then dinner and bar trivia later tonight. What does everyone else have going on?
